1. Returns Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received back by us within this 30-day window.
2. Conditions for Return
For an item to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was received within the last 30 calendar days.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item has all original tags attached.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note that Court light reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
- Please do not send your item back without first obtaining an RMA number.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refund Processing Times
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed once it has been approved.
- Additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 972-371-9432. We will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning the item for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
